✧ What are your pieces made from?

Each piece is crafted with intention using high-quality materials such as sterling silver, stainless steel, freshwater pearls, and other oceanic elements. We strive to offer beauty that lasts — for goddesses of every kind.

✧ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our collections, we currently do not offer returns unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please reach out — we’re happy to make it right.

✧ Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Many of our designs use hypoallergenic materials such as stainless steel or sterling silver. As someone who is allergic to certain metals myself, I wanted to ensure everyone can wear them! 

✧ Can I request a custom piece?

Yes. If you’re looking for something extra special, reach out through our contact form or Instagram DM (@mythandmare).


✧ How long does shipping take?

Each piece is handmade and made-to-order. This means that I do not have stock readily available. Processing time takes 1-3 weeks depending on the project + shipping time. If you have a deadline, contact me and I will see what I can do.

Please note: Once I have shipped the product, I am no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. You will need to contact the postal service used to ship the product. 

✧ How should I care for my jewelry?

• Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and sweat
• Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box
• Clean gently with a soft cloth
• Remove before swimming, showering, or casting spells (unless noted as waterproof)
